WIP: switch from ifup to systemd-networkd
systemd-networkd is the modern network configuration without gui.
This merge-request shows what a systemd-networkd based configuration would be like (it allows to successfully run
tests/run-tests.sh tox -e icinga). The migration from
ifupdown isn't implemented in this merge-request.
systemd-resolved is not used (it could be but using
systemd-resolved looks like another subjet).
Should not the default nameserver be a stack parameter instead of being left to the OpenStack provider (hardcoded
188.8.131.52 is used in this merge-request) ?
